Project Management

10% of project cost

You pay vendors directly while we manage the work. Work may include coordination and management of any combination of the following services: clean out; estate sale; home rehab/renovation; staging. We get paid at closing based on the total cost of the project.

Min $2000 fee for jobs under $20k.
